Brazil Studio

the studio will take 12 students of architecture and urban planning to Brazil for 5 weeks, for an intensive, first hand exploration of some of the major issues regarding the urban problems of the developing world. Not only will students be able to see what we have studied in lectures and reading, but they will be able to explore both the fine details and the larger context in which these buildings, neighborhoods and cities operate.

work, a lot of work

somebody looking at the previous posts would think that we have been sightseeing only.

we actually did work, and this morning we presented it all to the city with the presence of the mayor Fernando Pimentel.

here's a small sample of our project.

we are off to Salvador tomorrow morning and officially done working.
